Caroline Evans is a Community Planner whose passion is sustainable solutions, land use analysis, and environmental analysis. She enjoys collaboration with public, private, and non-profit clients on issues ranging from transportation planning to economic development. She utilizes Geographic Information Systems as an analysis tool, as well as to support public outreach. She works creatively to identify technology and policy options that balance the environmental, economic, and social equity goals of her clients and community. Mrs. Evans has 14 years of professional experience, and has successfully obtained numerous entitlements and project approvals for clients. Her demonstrated leadership and attention to her clients’ needs lead to successful, budget- and schedule-conscious completion of projects that have benefits such as reduced environmental impacts, improved quality, and increased sustainability.
